First Automation Offer Terms

This offer is available only to customers purchasing for business or professional purposes.

Applications are subject to review and acceptance by Ramirez Holdings Limited, trading as hmn.plus.

The applicant submits three repetitive business jobs for consideration.

hmn.plus will decide whether any submitted job is suitable and, if so, which job will be offered as the first automation.

Submitting an application does not create an obligation for either party and does not guarantee acceptance.

The selected job and intended result will be confirmed in writing before payment.

The price is 500 in the currency of the customer’s billing country, plus applicable tax — for example NZ$500 in New Zealand, A$500 in Australia, US$500 in the United States and €500 in the euro area. The applicable currency and amount are shown before payment.

This fee covers the AI engineering services required to design, build, test and deploy the automation described in the written confirmation.

No work outside that written description is included.

The offer includes the first 30 consecutive days of Agentic OS platform access.

The included period begins when the automation is deployed and made available for normal business use.

After the included period, Agentic OS automatically continues month-to-month at 150 per month in the same currency as the offer price, plus applicable tax, unless cancelled before renewal.

The customer will receive a reminder before the first paid renewal.

The customer may cancel through its account or by contacting hello@hmn.plus. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current included or paid period.

Continued Agentic OS access is required for the automation to operate on the hmn.plus platform.

The customer is responsible for obtaining and paying for all required third-party software, subscriptions, integrations, communications services, artificial-intelligence usage and API usage.

These accounts and credentials remain under the customer’s control.

Third-party costs are not included in the 500 offer price or the Agentic OS subscription.

The customer must provide accurate information, timely decisions, test data, permissions and access to the required systems.

Delivery may be paused where required access or information has not been provided.

The customer confirms that it has the authority and lawful basis to provide any information processed through the automation.

The offer covers only the job described in the written confirmation.

Requests to add or change systems, rules, actions, outputs, data, users or business requirements are additional work and require written approval and, where applicable, an additional fee.

A change request is not a defect.

The customer must test the automation and report any material failure to perform the confirmed job within five business days of delivery.

hmn.plus will correct reproducible defects that prevent the automation from materially performing the confirmed job.

New functionality and changed requirements are not included.

If hmn.plus accepts payment but subsequently determines that it cannot deliver the confirmed job, the 500 offer payment will be refunded in full.

Once implementation work has begun, the payment is not refundable for a change of mind, except where required by applicable law.

Artificial-intelligence outputs may be inaccurate or unexpected.

The customer is responsible for applying appropriate human review and must not rely solely on the automation for high-risk legal, financial, medical, employment, safety or similarly consequential decisions.

The customer retains ownership of its business data, accounts and pre-existing intellectual property.

hmn.plus retains ownership of Agentic OS, its infrastructure, source code, reusable components and underlying technology.

The customer may authorise its staff or another provider to work within its Agentic OS workspace while an active subscription is maintained.

This offer is also governed by the hmn.plus Platform Terms, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum and the written automation confirmation.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

The agreement is governed by New Zealand law, subject to mandatory laws that apply in the customer’s jurisdiction.
